At Elvie, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our streamlined process ensures your exchange or refund is handled with the same care we put into our fashion.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original tags on the garments and secure them in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and use the provided tracking link to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
